3. Submissions
 
The submission of a recording does not guarantee publication.
 
The project committee reserves the right to reject entries without providing reasons.

By submitting, it is confirmed that:
 
- the recording is an original production or performance;
- consent forms from all participating musicians are available;
- all information provided is accurate;
- no third-party rights are infringed.
 
Submitting individuals act with the authority of all involved contributors.

5. Liability
 
The organizers are liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
 
Liability for simple negligence exists only in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations or for damage to life, body, or health.
 
Further liability claims are excluded within the legally permissible framework.

After deducting unavoidable project-related costs (such as fees for digital distribution or payment processing), 100% of all remaining proceeds will be donated to the Comprehensive Cancer Center (CCC) Tübingen-Stuttgart.
 
The organizers do not generate any personal profit from this project.
